Composer, Producer

Rick has been writing and creating music since 1982. He has experience in writing and producing radio jingles, soundtracks for video, and songs for his own material and various artists. In 2005 he released an independent album titled Garage Days and continues to write and record his own songs. He has also performed over 6,000 live shows with many bands in countless halls, bars, and festivals.

His DAW (digital audio work station) of choice is Cubase and he is always running the latest professional version. He has a vast understanding of midi sequencing and can create any style or genre of music from full orchestral midi mockups to backing tracks for live performances. He is able to create just about anything requested.

Rick also can be a ghost writer for your songs and musical ideas and has been a sounding board for many people who wanted to write songs but did not have the experience or knowledge to do so. He also teaches piano and music skills at Long & McQuade Courtenay but will sometimes (if available) teach students in his studio.
